Q. How to copy the music from my PC
to player (transfer the file from
PC to player)?
A. Please follow these steps
- Connect the
device to your PC system.
- Your PC system
should automatic find the device and info you “find the new device?
- Double click
“My Computer? and then you will start the MS Windows Explorer. On the top
of the Windows Explorer manual choice “Titles?as your file listing type.
- You will find
the device as a “Removable Disk? and you can see the detail information
on the “Details?like the following picture.
- Go to your file
folder, select the files you like to copy from the PC system
- You can see how
many file you select & total file size ready for you copy to the device.

“Edit?and select “Copy?function on the top of the Windows Explorer
manual or use the keyboard press “Ctrl + C? or right mouse click select
the “Copy?function.
- Go to the
device to paste the files, you can click “Edit?and select “Paste?
function on the top of the Windows Explorer manual or use the keyboard
press “Ctrl + V? or right mouse click select the “Paste?function.
- It will start
process the Copying function, and you will see another windows pop up to
tell you the detail information like which one is copying and how long it
will take.
- After it finish
then you can see the files in the device.
Q. Why I get "Format Error"
after I transfer the music files into the device?
A. The player can plays "MP3" & "WMA" audio format, but a
lot of music you download from the website are different file format, so you have to convert
to the MP3 or WMA format.
Q. My computer can't recognize the
player.
A. Normally the computer system can
automatically recognize the player, if the system can’t recognize the
players then you need to install the driver (the Windows 98 driver will
work with Windows XP too).
