Do I need to install any driver before I use this Video MP3 player?
A. Not necessary, for Windows 2000 or above OS it's Plug and Play (your PC will automatically detect and install necessary driver for you), so you don't need to install any driver, just plug into the USB, copy the music from your PC then enjoy the music.

Q. How to charge the player?
A.
You can charge the player via computer or via AC charger.

Q. How to charge the player via computer?
A.
Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to the player then connect the other end of the USB cable to the computer. Charging process begins automatically.
If you use the desktop PC then we will suggest you use the USB port at back panel (because most the USB port at front is using cable wire from the M/B so some time the power or data can't support very well).
   

Q. Where can I buy the right AC charger?
A.
You can get the AC charger any place you like, just make sure the output is 5V and not over 500mA.

Q. I have Bluetooth headset and cell phone charger since the out put mini USB and 5V, so can I use it to charge my player?
A.
Yes you can use it, just make sure the output connect is mini USB (can connect to the player).

Q. How to copy the music from PC to player (transfer the file from PC to player)?
A. 
Please follow these steps

  • Connect the device to your PC system.
  • Your PC system should automatic find the device and info you “find the new device"
  • Double click “My Computer" and then on top of the Windows Explorer manual bard choice “Titles" as your file listing type.
  • You will find the device as a “Removable Disk" or your player's model #, and you can see the detail information on the “Details".
  • Go to your file folder, select the files you like to copy from the PC system
  • You can see how many file you select & total file size ready for you copy to the device.
  • You can click “Edit" and select “Copy" function on the top of the Windows Explorer manual or use the keyboard press “Ctrl + C" or right mouse click select the “Copy" function.  
  • Go to the device to paste the files, you can click “Edit" and select “Paste" function on the top of the Windows Explorer manual or use the keyboard press “Ctrl + V" or right mouse click select the “Paste" function.
  • It will start process the Copying function, and you will see another windows pop up to tell you the detail information like which one is copying and how long it will take.
  • After it finish then you can see the files in the device.
  • Form more information you can visit your OS provider's website or press "F1" for help.

Q. What is the MPEG-4 Video (.M4V) format?

MPEG-4 file extension used for videos downloaded from the Apple iTunes store; includes music videos, TV episodes, and full-length movies; similar to a .MP4 file, but may be copy-protected using Apple's FairPlay DRM copyright protection. To play a protected M4V file, your computer must be authorized (using iTunes) with the account that was used to purchase the video. Unprotected M4V files may be recognized and played by other video players by changing the file extension from ".m4v" to ".mp4."

Q. Can't play the music I just transfer from my PC?

The player can only plays "MP3" & "WMA" audio format, so please double check the files you transfer.

Q. Why I get "Format Error" when I transfer the music into the device?
A.
The player can only plays "MP3" & "WMA" audio format, but a lot of music you download from the website are different format, so you have to convert to the MP3 or WMA format. 

Q. Why I get "Empty Disk" error message?
A.
If the player can't support the files you download or it can't find any file then it will show "Empty Disk" message.

Q. How to fix "Disk Error" error message?
A.
You can fix this problem by format device, select the device under Windows Explorer then
right mouse click and then select the “Format" function.  

Q. Computer can't recognize the player.
A.
If you PC can't recognize the player then you need to install the driver. You can download the driver when you need it.

Q. My computer still can't recognize the player after install the driver.
A.
The reason to cost that problem, it could be the connection problem between the player to the computer system:

  • May be is the USB cable’s problem.
  • May be is the product’s USB port problem.
  • May be is the computer’s USB port problem (because the player is USB 2.0 but some computer’s USB port can only support USB 1.0)
  • May be the product is defect.
    Here is a quick test:
  • Use different USB cable to connect.
  • Connect the player to the USB port at back panel
  • Please give the computer system some time to process/recognize the player (the speed is up to your computer system, so time it may take 2~5 mines)

Q. My player can only play 10 sec of each music then jump to next.
A.
That is the setup issue (repeat at Intro/Preview), please go to "Repeat" submenu which under Music playback mode, select "Normal" or "Repeat all" then confirm the setting.

Q. Why I get "the software has not passed the Windows logo testing" message when I install the driver?
A.
Don't worry you can keep install and use the driver, it will work with your system. The reason you get this message, because the software company didn't pay Microsoft to use their logo

Q. Why I need to save different file into different folder?
A.
It will be easy for you to manage your files. For example, music files saved into “MUSIC" folder, record files into “RECORD" folder, picture files into “PICTURE" folder, video files into “VIDEO" folder, and E-book files in “TXT" folder. You can create the folder by yourself, just right mouse click select “New" then select “Folder"

Q. My player is locked up (it just show Starting...) how can I fix it?

You can solved this problem by upgrade the firmware.

Q. Do I need upgrade firmware all the time? when my player is working fine. y player is locked up (it just show Starting...) how can I fix it?

No you don't need to, special when your player is working fine. Because different firmware for different time zone's player, it may cost your player damage
